Stayed at the midnight for almost a month with my family - excellent hotel! The staff was top notch, especially front desk and breakfast team! We had two rowdy little kids and the team was still so kind. The gym is decent. I tried the pool once, but it was too crowded at the time. I absolutely love that they replenish your mini bar every day. We had issues with the parking garage (car park) not accepting our validated ticket, but it wasn’t a big deal. The location is excellent - lots of great restaurants nearby.

Prime location, comfy rooms, and amenities! Located within 10 Min of walk from the offices, this hotel is an excellent choice for business travel. The rooms are comfy, stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. Television is a bit of an issue though, as the technology to connect the TV to smart devices doesn't work. Staff and service are very good. The premises are sustainability focused and follow green practices.

I stayed here for about two months in total. The staff are quite helpful. If you are a Marriott member the breakfast is a choice from a small fixed menu. The “large” room is very very small and cramped. There is no cellular reception inside and the internet is unreliable. There are only two extremely slow elevators for the entire hotel. You will spend half the day waiting for the elevator. The gym equipment randomly restarts and there is just a single lane pool. Parking is not free. It’s near the city center and a bunch of pretty good restaurants.

Very nice hotel but not worth the $400 a night I paid. No breakfast included either. Being overly critical but reception area is tiny and in the middle of the walking area. Car park is shared with Wilson and was very busy, unclear instructions from hotel about where to park or ticket validation. My room didn’t have any phone signal so had to resort to wifi which was scratchy. Mini bar complimentary which was nice. Small selection of wines, a beer and some soft drinks. Coffee machine too.

My wife and I frequent Canberra as our son now lives the. we go at least 4 - 5 times a year and sometimes stay at various places. This was our first time staying at Midnight and the best thing Midnight has going for it is the location; it is within walking distance of anything in the CBD of Canberra!! That's the biggest positive!! The rooms - small but clean and comfortable. The "mini bar" is complimentary but has little to nothing in it. 2 250 ml soft drinks, 2 beers, 2 very small bottles of water, 2 small bottles of wine, and obviously free pod coffee and tea. Bathrooms are clean. Service - could be better. I requested a disabled room but we were given the room furthest from the lifts?!? Work that one out?!? We also had breakfast included with our accommodation but here is what you get for breakfast....You may have ONE main breakfast meal, ONE side, and ONE coffee. That's it!! Other hotels offer unlimited breaky but not Midnight!! We also had someone park in the disabled spot so I told reception and they advised us that the "couldn't do anything about it"...Huh?!?! Anyway, they could have made our stay far better but they didn't. This will probably be the last stay at Midnight, sorry Midnight, it's good night from me!!
