The room was clean and overall, just right. I did encounter a minor leak during a heavy rain, but the staff were apologetic when I mentioned it, which I found to be quite reasonable. The hotel's location is convenient, making it a good choice for those on a business trip.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities & nice location. Staff is really helpful. We stayed here with family for 2 nights & enjoyed our time, will stay again when visiting Canberra again. There is $15/night car parking fee but that's nearby. Highly recommended place to stay👍🙂😎

We had to stay here last minute, and they were really accommodating, easy check in and check out and the rooms were clean, kids loved it. Definately would stay again

Rooms are clean, breakfast bar was average. Service is nice. Coffee was terribe. Wifi is rubbish, can barely check business emails. Location poor, nothing nearby for food etc, but can catch the light rail into town if you want. Parking system was weird and apparently "luck of the draw". I got lucky so cant complain.
