Thank you so much to the very attentive team at Dockside for helping us raise funds for our students. We recently held our Gala Fundraiser dinner in the Darling room and with a short lead time to plan everything - the team helped us pull everything together. The food was delicious, the drinks were cold and the staff were wonderful. Thank you so much!

The venue was nice and the visuals for the food were nice however the flavours of it were extremely unpleasant. The steak was of extremely low quality, had a displeasing scent and was tough to eat, the food had extra grease that accompanied it, the food quality was irregular for each and every person: e.g more sauce or less cooked. The dessert was alright, it's hard to make dessert bad however it was extremely sweet and hard to eat over half of it. Come here for the visuals only.

A lot of walking to get to this wedding reception. A nice place. Clean toilets A big fireworks display outside at nine. We didn't like the food at all. Tough lamb and dry chicken for the main. Pathetic salad and terrible scallops entree.

1-Star Google Review Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Dockside. After cancelling our reception 13 months in advance, they refused to refund our $5,000 deposit, citing unreasonable policies. Despite having ample time to rebook the venue and minimize their financial loss, they offered no flexibility, empathy, or fairness. Their communication was unprofessional, and it became clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Unlike other venues that refunded deposits minus a small administrative fee, Dockside showed no willingness to work with us, even though they claim to have a process for rebooking canceled dates. This experience has left us feeling taken advantage of during an already difficult time. I cannot recommend Dockside to anyone looking for a venue that values integrity and customer service.
