Left the kiddies at home and decided to head to Sydney for a show. The wife booked the QT and we were blown away. The service was (BY FAR) the best service we experienced in Australia. The bar and restaurant were of very high standard and the service in there also shined. We tried to book the spa last minute but unfortunately it was booked out so I would recommend booking in advance.

Experience at QT was amazing. The moment you walk thru the doors you’re greeted by an employee and directed to reception where we had the smoothest check in process. When we first went to our rooms it was extremely clean and spacious. The hotel quirky with the fun music in the elevators and unique art in the corridors.

I’m writing this review and I haven’t even checked out yet! This hotel is amazing! The decor is quirky and eclectic, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are heaven and the staff are AMAZING. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly … the door people, the reception staff, the wait staff in the Parlour and Gowings were all fabulous. I always feel that staff are the best representation of a hotel and the management of QT Sydney should be extremely proud of the people they employ to represent them. We’ll definitely be returning and will wholeheartedly recommend QT Sydney to any of my friends who are planning at trip to Sydney. LOVE YOUR WORK QT SYDNEY! ❤️

I recently stayed at QT Sydney for the very first time and it was absolutely amazing. From my plush Executive King room, to the hotel staff and hospitality, I was floored. Highly recommend heading to Gowings downstairs for great cocktails and food too. 10/10 across the board here, would stay again in a heartbeat. BC

We just had 6 nights at QT Sydney, from the time we arrived and were greeted at the door, until the time we left, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The Hotel is quirky and fun, and in a great location. The rooms were clean and their restaurants well staffed and good to eat at. We would not hesitate to come back here again, and in fact hope to do so again in the near future.
