We recently stayed at QT Sydney for a belated wedding gift, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The rooms were absolutely amazing—stylish, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also loved the cocktail bar; the drinks were incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect. To top it off, the breakfast the next morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. This stay was one of the best we’ve had, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend QT Sydney for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

We stayed at QT for a two night stay to celebrate a birthday. The service was impeccable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was stunning! The hotel stay was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the team at QT Sydney!

We recently stayed at the QT Sydney and had a great experience. From the big, bold and beautifully designed rooms to the disco lifts me and the kids had a great time. The beds were very comfortable, bathtubs large and ready for lots of bubbles. The staff from the fun door staff to the pleasant reception staff to the very attentive breakfast cafe staff were amazing. The rooms had a great mini bar, big windows and best of all were very quiet. A great place to stay.

Room was spacious but incredibly dusty and dark. Some of our windows were cracked. Mini bar and no menu or price list. Friendly greeters at entrance and cleaners polite, unfortunately 1 star for exceptionally poor service from one front desk receptionist I had to interact with multiple times.

Great , quirky decor. Was excited to stay there. Booked a Deluxe King room only to find loud building work next to us, within the hotel. Got moved to another part of the building and upgraded. Again lovely decor, but the bed was horrendous. The worst partner disturbance and banging noise every time you turned. Hardly slept, and felt so unrested in the morning. Not ideal for going to work. If you like a dark room it failed on that too. Light pouring in at the top of curtains. Be aware if you use the light in the bathroom during the night, the whole room lights up too. Tried to address these things at reception and with management and was basically just dismissed. None of this I would expect from a brand describing itself as Luxury or 5 star. If you’re looking for a good nights sleep, it’s not here.
