Absolutely incredible service!! Was blown away with how welcoming, helpful and kind the doormen and reception staff were. They knew what you needed before you even asked. They made our baby and dog feel like VIP welcome guests which was absolutely amazing. They delivered our food deliveries to us and brought us cutlery etc without us even asking. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. Love the arty interior of the hotel. We had the best stay! We have stayed at other high end places and the service and room space in this hotel was extremely impressive in comparison. Above all the service was immaculate - they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too hard for them to help with. Cannot praise the service enough. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Good location for shopping and public transport links. Staff are friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Only criticism would be the bathrooms. They are very cool and moody, but too dark to see your face properly when getting ready. Also the mirror steams up when showering and does not have an anti fog mirror for shaving. This was the best QT Hotel we have stayed in to date.

Had a great time at this hotel on Christmas day. Amazing location and unique interior design that adds character to the experience. What you get for the price point at five stars is good with central location however, I found that the room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The cushion on the bed smelt like old wet towels and there were quite a lot of dust on the surfaces. Otherwise, it’s only a minor detail I’ve noticed and did not impact our experience as much. I recommend for those that want a central location in the middle of city that appreciates unique interior design.

The location of the hotel was ideal; however, both the room and service left much to be desired. Firstly, the lighting was insufficient in areas where it was most needed, such as the toilet and shower, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no visible price listings for the in-room minibar, which created confusion for guests. The espresso machine provided in the room was not properly cleaned, raising concerns about hygiene and maintenance. Despite booking the room for three guests, there were only enough towels for two, and no additional sheets or amenities were provided to accommodate the third person. The lack of attention to these essential details is disappointing and falls far short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel.

Rooms are very large and comfortable with lots of great amenities. We had a very nice gift left for a birthday celebration, thank you! The location is top notch for seeing all the sights of Sydney, right in the centre. This was an enjoyable stay.
