My stay at Capella was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent, attentive, and genuinely world-class. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my experience special. The hotel is stunning - beautifully designed with a perfect blend of heritage charm and modern luxury. My room was immaculate, spacious and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel truly premium. The amenities were top-tier, the attention to detail excellent. Fantastic location. Capella exceeded all expectations, it is easily one of the finest stays I've had and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury experience in Sydney.

Had a fantastic 5 night stay on our first visit to Sydney, for a milestone birthday. The team was amazing helping with numerous requests that made my wife’s birthday perfect. All the staff were great, and the level of service was top notch. The location was ideal for a first time visit - a short walk to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was great, as was in room dining. Really have no complaints and would 100% stay here again on our next trip.

Impressed from the very first second you arrive. Expect top luxury and service everywhere and every second. Be amazed by the quality of the rooms and the food they serve. One of the best places I've ever been. Enjoy the ideal location in the middle of Sydney to explore this magnificent city. And while you are in the middle of the city, you will be stunned by the quietness of your room.

We stayed at Capella Sydney for a special occasion and it was outstanding from start to finish. The room was incredible, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had, and the spa was absolutely world-class. A truly memorable stay, we can’t wait to return.

Had the great pleasure of staying at Capella for a work trip. From start to finish my stay was an absolute joy. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was immaculate, spacious and modern: comfiest bed I have ever stayed in. Afternoons in the living room (complimentary drinks and canapés) was a lovely touch. Overall a fantastic hotel - highly recommend.
