Close to airport. Hotel shuttle available for $8. Clean room Comfy bed Good shower Quite noisy. The design funnels check in area noise to the upstairs areas and I could hear people talking nearby. But overall it was quiet enough with very little traffic noise. Supermarket within walking distance. Shuttle driver was wonderful.

Location is close to DFO, a short walk over. There is a Dan Murphy close by. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive, we took a taxi from the airport and it cost $38. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean, we had a view of planes coming in to land. We dined at the restaurant, food and service was good.

Easy to grab the bus from the domestic airport, 5mins and your at the DFO, a short walk (which was nice after a 5hr flight) and you'r there. Great service The first room i got did not smell nice, it was rank! But, they moved me straight away. Nice clean rooms, restaurant is nice, great food.

Encountered several things that we thought should be or should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Young man that booked us in initially failed to direct us to the correct under cover parking location. Entered our room only to find insufficient towels in the bathroom which was quickly remedied after my wife contacted the front desk Room pillows are way too soft even when using both failed to give adequate support. The Restaurant staff were exceptional at dinner time. Very helpful, polite and accommodating. (the best experience of our stay). The food was delicious though a little on the pricey side. Morning Buffet breakfast was pretty much the Norm, nothing really of note.

Overnight stay in Feb 2025. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! 1/ Room service app didn't work. Called through to order by phone. An hour later, called again. Nothing! Called again 5 minutes later. "what was your order again?" Finally, order arrived. Chips tasted like re-heated oven chips. Burger was OK. $28 was a scandalous price however. No other eating options nearby. Seriously, if you have to stay here, bring a sandwich with you! Outside of rooms, the aircon was non existent. Horrible! Breakfast buffet was poor. Again, no other options. Went to use the lap pool in the morning. No towels, just an overflowing linen hamper. Pool only big enough for 2 people to swim laps. Waited for 20mins then gave up. Nowhere pleasant to walk near the hotel, unless you're into carparks. Shower head fitting was loose and I had to jury rig it to stay up long enough for a shower. On check out, they tried to charge me for the room service from the previous night that they had promised would not be charged. Wifi did not work in room overnight. Was working again in the morning, so it wasn't my devices. Cannot imagine what this hotel is here for. It is a $25 cab ride from the airport, offers no useful nearby amenity for overnight in-transit stay and is clearly extremely poorly run and staffed. If you are in-transit at Brisbane airport, use skytrain to the city, or stay at another hotel. I have stayed at many Novotels and many Accor hotels and all are fine. This one is an outlier and management should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
