My family and I went to the hotel to have dinner and we enjoyed the time we spent there. Cesar and Layla were our waiters and they were very good and receptive. Tim was the manager in the restaurant and he was very polite and helpful. The food was great and the whole family loved. Great thanks to the staff for the reception in the hotel!

The rooms were very nice and well cleaned, I stayed in other hotels and they were not as clean as Novotel is. The only bad part is that it says it has a pool but it doesn’t, it’s under construction. The food was amazing from the beginning til the end, our waiter Cesar was very attentive and kind and so was Kaidan. Thanks for the chefs for preparing the beautiful meal we just had

The hotel was clean, all the housekeeping staff were so good, specially Joseph. There is parking lot if you want to park and it’s well located, everything is close! The food was excellent, I had a lamb rump and it was amazingly tasty congrats to the chef and a special thanks for Cesar and Juan for serving our food, they’re very good!

The room is good . I like the view. And the room is. Very nice and cozy. Lots of space.and I like that when you look down you can see a very good view of the lobby. The staff are amazing. The cafe had good food. I was really to go to the pool , but it was closed due to leaks. Sad, but it’s fine becuase overall this hotel is still good.

Ideal location for an early flight ✈️ thereat morning. Staff helpful professional & polite at check-in. Parking was reasonable & DFO + Woolworths & others across the road. All made for a relaxing start to our early flight the following morning.
