Huge thanks to the most professional check-in staff Sarah C, we loved everything, wishing we stayed longer. Enjoyed everything especially the proximity to the shopping centre and airport. Sarah was absolutely amazing with genuine welcoming reception. We arrived early. Sarah went above and beyond to have our room available- greatly appreciated for our very important family get together for a long trip on the next day. It’s the genuine care and help that Sarah provided to us that made this hotel greater than the rest. Hope to return soon to say thanks to Sarah!

We stay at Novotel on occasion as members but did not have a great experience at this hotel. Room unfortunately had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, which came as no surprise to front desk. We were given another room at our inconvenience. On checkout we were double charged. Took a good 30mins and talking to multiple people over the phone to get it refunded. Not great. Good location is all.

Excellent place to stay if you are flying out of Brisbane Airport. Lovely quiet room, cannot hear any outside noise. Ordered room service spaghetti and meatballs and Catalina Club Sandwich, very tasty, good presentation, thoroughly recommend.

$10 shuttle to the airport, excellent clean rooms, great price, restaurant in the bottom floor if you need it and be mall is just across the street to do your shopping. Shopping. Staff were excellent on check-in and check out. I would stay here again

Sigh NO WHERE near the airport. NO free shuttle, it’s $8 per person and regulated times in a.m. “Free shuttle” is by the Woolworths but stops running 530 pm (???? Uh why ??—to hotel’s defence this shuttle isn’t theirs they stopped theirs post covid as no ridership to justify the cost) Taxi is near $25 or walk 48 minutes so you get idea how far away it is. Rooms very bright as in clinically lit and basic, mattress needs upgrade very soft and not supportive. Fortunately staff very friendly. Food at restaurant just passable. Not bad but def not anything I would go out of my way for. Maybe my expectations high but I travel throughout the world frequently and this location could use some ‘help’. Again, thankfully staff was very friendly.
