A real surprise for me. Not much experience staying at airport hotels. However the place is spotless and rooms were excellent. Clean , high ceilings and the food quality was very good. Service from Layla on reception was quick and efficient and very helpful. Santiago in the bistro restaurant was great a very charming and friendly young man who knew his job. Biggest impression was the space and cleanliness and very calm feeling across quite a stylish and welcoming decor

I did not have such a positive experience. Arrived at Brisbane airport to find no transfer service. For an airport hotel, not actually at the airport, I would expect a shuttle service. Not only that, when I rang reception to get help that was not a great experience either. Found out I would need to get a taxi which cost $25 each way for the short distance. The room was adequate but for the price I would expect that. It was tight in size though. Overall it is adequate but nothing exceptional given the price. Then add the $50 to get to and from the airport, I will not be rushing back to stay here again.

Stayed on our way to and from our overseas travels. Service was lovely. Rooms are beautiful and surprisingly quite, this close to the airport. Sauna, gym & pool area on the rooftop and the view in lovely at sunset.

Huge thanks to the most professional check-in staff Sarah C, we loved everything, wishing we stayed longer. Enjoyed everything especially the proximity to the shopping centre and airport. Sarah was absolutely amazing with genuine welcoming reception. We arrived early. Sarah went above and beyond to have our room available- greatly appreciated for our very important family get together for a long trip on the next day. It’s the genuine care and help that Sarah provided to us that made this hotel greater than the rest. Hope to return soon to say thanks to Sarah!

Checked me in to a room at full price which they knew but failed to tell me that had no working air con. Was nearly midnight and had to settle for a pedestal fan to try and cool the room. Not conveniently close to airport so keep driving…..
