Stayed in this hotel during work travel. Location is great—close to shops and restaurants which is handy if your schedule is busy or you are exhausted from travel/work. Staff were accommodating. Place was quiet hence relaxing. Best part—free mini bar especially when you’re still working late night. Will definitely come back!

My husband booked Ovolo for us to stay after our wedding reception. The reception staff were waiting for us upon arrival and greeted us warmly. They brought a glass of wine each to the room, followed by a bottle of bubbles. The room was gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. We were able to order pizza from a near by restaurant and have it delivered. The room we stayed in was extremely quiet, no one disturbed us all night, which is fairly unusual in hotels. The breakfast the following morning was delicious, served on a big tray for us to eat in bed. A perfect nights stay!!

Beautiful clean rooms, great location to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping, and customer service is excellent. It’s obvious from check in that the staff are genuinely happy to help and provide an exceptional experience. Such a generous company and definitely pays off to book direct! Liam has to be the best barman and waiter I have come across. He is very professional, courteous, polite and always goes above and beyond to assist me in making menu and wine choices. The food and drink here is superb. I highly recommend. The decor is beautiful too.
