stayed at Amora for 3 nights during my Brisbane work trip in July '24. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable, although it was a double single bed. They offer a wide range of pillows to choose from based on your preference for neck support. The location is decent, and the hotel facilities are satisfactory. However, there were a few drawbacks. The heater might not reach your desired temperature during winter. I was informed that the hotel is over 20 years old, but due to a recent refurbishment, everything looks new. However, the air-conditioning and heating system is still old and somewhat lacking. Management explained that the system will be upgraded soon, but for now, guests have to deal with the old system. Fortunately, Brisbane wasn’t too cold in July, so it was manageable. Additionally, one of the front desk staff members was not very friendly and seemed impatient during the check-in process. Despite these issues, it was still a pleasant stay overall.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Beautifully designed in both the lobby/reception area and the room itself. Room was spacious, comfortable, calming & beautiful. A little up the hill but still a very easy/short walk down to the CBD area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My new favourite hotel in Brisbane and will definitely be staying here again!

I just had the best time at Amora Hotel Brisbane! It's located in a fantastic area close to the city and Eagle Street, and walking distance to the valley. The driveway leading to the lobby is absolutely beautiful and quite rare for a hotel in the city. The price is definitely worth it, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, and the rooms have a nice, new, luxurious design. What's more, the place is wonderfully quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and the gym was great too. Even in winter, we still enjoyed a quick dip in the cold plunge pool and the sauna. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars, and I can't wait to go back!

Staff were super inviting and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Lovely modern vibe in the lobby and the bar, comfy large bed and well-furnished luxurious rooms. Whenever I'm back in Brisbane I won't look past coming back here!

I’ve been coming here for work for some time and just as I was about to switch to another hotel, Amora renovated. And wow, what a difference. The place is now stunning. All very modern mid century, which is what every hotel is going for now it seems. But I can’t complain because I love this style. The service also seemed to improve along with the decor. The only thing that’s exactly the same is the food. Specifically the room service. It’s…passable, but certainly not noteworthy. I’ll definitely not switch to another hotel now.
