I stayed here on a business trip. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The overall space is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. It was nice to deal with friendly international staff too. Continental breakfast was of a good range. The restaurant offered quality dishes in an elegant and functional atmosphere. The cocktail bar is also very nice.
I love staying at Amora. It is so close so Central station and office buildings I need to go to. The rooms are really big with lovely furniture and fittings. The bathroom is luxurious. The breakfast buffet has many options. I always feel like I’ve been on a holiday when I’ve stayed at Amora instead of for business.
Great hotel and well priced for our trip at least. Nice large room with decent appliances. Would have been nice if the fridge was stocked, maybe at least with a complimentary water or soft drink. We arrived at night when the bar was closed but were thirsty and the fridge was empty. The staff came to service the room pretty early in the morning before we’d had time to get ready and leave for the day which meant our room didn’t get serviced. Pool and gym were great. Bar was good with good selection of drinks. Location was really good distance from main areas of the city.
Amazing bed and pillows, great night's sleep with great comfort and you can ask for a different style pillow of required. But the pillow supplied was amazing. Very happy friendly staff, so the work place seems to be great to work for and it shows in the service. Yummy fresh breakfast and amazing variety, the cocktail bar is great and very relaxing. I didn't get a chance to see the pool so definitely next time round. Checking in and out was quick and easy and confirmation when your friend books in from the hotel is on point when it's under my name not their name.
Mistake after mistake. The sauna and pool might be nice -- but most of the staff are completely ambivalent. It was supposed to be relaxing but instead it was stressful. Their shortcomings literally cost me money. - They charged my card for the room twice (even though I informed them I had already paid -- they didn't listen). Then they said the refund will take up to 7 days. They don't care about the overdrawn fees. This isn't a cheap hotel so I'm a thousand in the red because of them. - Hot chips ordered through room service were cold -- still had to pay, they didn't offer a refund or to replace the chips. - And their Two Donkeys cafe is a joke. Terrible coffee. Avoid at all costs.
