I really liked how the shampoo and conditioner was provided in a large pump pack and not those little bottles! Our room was said to have two Queen size beds, however, the beds were only double size. The location of this hotel is so convenient! Best shower I've ever had, too!

The hotel is new and the rooms are clean, which is a big plus. However, the service is limited and basic, and it does not meet the usual Marriott standards, even at the Courtyard category level. Our stay was comfortable for the four nights, with no construction noise, although there is still a considerable amount of work left to be completed around the property. We had limited interaction with the staff, but they were polite. The amenities are a bit basic and limited; otherwise, it would receive a 5-star rating.

New, stylish and spacious rooms. Very responsive reception & housekeeping. Whole bottles of toiletries which are much better than mini bottles which are not as eco-friendly. Car park signage could be better as we got lost in there a bit. In terms of location, it is situated in new medical hub area of Murdoch, with the train station within walking distance. However, not many shops or restaurant options available around so best to have a car. Thank you for taking prompt action on our feedback about breakfast service level. Will stay again!

We stayed 3 nights and loved the King sized comfy bed, very large room and super clean. The bathroom is simply gorgeous with a rain shower, tasteful large tiles and cosmetic mirror. Very thoughtful layout and function. The best part of Substance restaurant is Gill who is Front of Staff. Friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and he recommended the Chef’s Specials which we ordered. All the dishes were superb in flavour, presentation and didn’t take long to arrive. The Chocolate Brownie, with vanilla bean ice cream is delish!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and we will be back. Thank you Courtyard Marriott.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous. They do not have parking. You would have to park on the street or the parking structure next to it. They are very close to many Asian restaurants. There's a hospital next door. Not too far from the airport.
