This is an excellent hotel, but if you are arriving by car it’s best to avoid it. Signs that direct guests to “Hotel Parking” send you on an everlasting circuit with no further signage as to where to park. If you leave the car park expect to be slugged $25 for just a few minutes. Otherwise, rooms and staff are excellent in every respect. Just avoid coming here by car.

I really liked how the shampoo and conditioner was provided in a large pump pack and not those little bottles! Our room was said to have two Queen size beds, however, the beds were only double size. The location of this hotel is so convenient! Best shower I've ever had, too!

Good and clean as a new hotel should be. My only issues were the breakfast, as it is not buffet style it is slow, you have to queue to order and then wait till served, only one cashier. Takes long in busy mornings, and it has not gotten busy yet. I use to stay downtown Perth and commute to Jandakot when I visit Perth. So it was wasting time traveling. Decided to try this hotel as it is close by, just 6min by car from office, but spending what I save in transport I waste waiting for breakfast. Normally, I have limited time, and this seems not to fit what I need. Today again for two days in a row it was 30min between order and get the breakfast, just too much. I prefer walk in, grab, eat and go. Hope it gets better for the rest of my stay. If it gets busier, the service will be even slower.

Brand new hotel. It’s very very nice and the service is top class. It’s cheaper than Fremantle hotel where I usually stay down this direction and far superior by far and it’s brand new. I will be back that I’m sure. It’s my new business travel hotel in Perth. One thing they do need to fix is the parking and being able to park out the front of the hotel when arriving. That’s not good at all

New, stylish and spacious rooms. Very responsive reception & housekeeping. Whole bottles of toiletries which are much better than mini bottles which are not as eco-friendly. Car park signage could be better as we got lost in there a bit. In terms of location, it is situated in new medical hub area of Murdoch, with the train station within walking distance. However, not many shops or restaurant options available around so best to have a car. Thank you for taking prompt action on our feedback about breakfast service level. Will stay again!
