Great hotel, easy smooth check in and a little glass of bubbly with perfect staff what more could you possibly want 😊 Rooms are beautiful and spacious and so well kept. Another big plus is cleaners are respectful and very quiet in the morning a big change from other hotels and no room service also means it's a lot quieter too 😊 will definitely be back

Our choice of hotel was made due to it's closeness to Fiona Stanley Hospital and it proved a great decision. Not only were we a short walk to the hospital we enjoyed a room that was not only spotlessly clean it was also well appointed. The service was outstanding both at booking in and out and the restaurant staff were a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend the Marriott if you need to be close to the hospital.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip. Very nice, new hotel in the developing hospital precinct. Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and welcoming. If you can get the limited on-street parking overnight, this is much cheaper than the parking complex. My only complain was that there is a $10 "delivery" fee to have in-room dining brought up the lift from the restaurant, which is unreasonable. You can save this fee by collecting your meal from the front desk, but when ordering through the app, there was no way to charge to my room.

It was nice view and service. It is very clean and new hotel. Everything was perfect. It is 5min walking distance from the station. But there is no convenience store or mart at all within walking distance.
