I just wanted to say thank you to your team we met over the weekend. From check in to checkout they were amazing. The sparkling on arrival and the anniversary gifts were amazing. The room was so clean and well presented. I was so impressed by the design and layout. Having stayed at much more expensive accommodation this felt a step above. Our dinner and breakfast were awesome and really complemented our stay. The service in the restaurant was as perfect and again I complement the staff in their friendly manner and professionalism. I will kit only recommend you but we will be coming again. Thank you so much for making my wife and my 10th wedding anniversary so special.

Room is nice and new. Breakfast is good too. Only car park is difficult to get to or to get to hotel. When you drive to hotel, there is no sign to hotel car park. Actually parking is at the central building. Parking at c2 has a lift to hotel. Parking at c1 need to walk a bit. I recommend you check in first before head to car park but the reception car park is limited. Good luck.

As always the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel has good security and both the hotel and room were very clean and well presented. Nice sized TV and we were lucky to be on the 8th floor with a widespread view. There's a hidden cupboard with the iron and ironing board, as well as a yoga mat that must be new. The double shower head is a favourite of mine, I've never felt so warm, I didn't want to get out!

Comfortable, quiet stay and the staff are really friendly! And nice to have the welcome glass of sparkling. Could do with some snacks in the room for purchase though! And maybe a couple cans of soft drink in the mini fridge 😊

The new facilities are stunning! The rooms are beautifully clean and new. So updated aswel. There's so many options for food around the hotel and great choices within. Then it's only walking distance to the hospital. The staff are all incredibly accommodating.
