We have just returned from a 5 day stay at Crown Towers Perth. Overall our stay was magnificent with extremely well appointed and clean rooms. House cleaning are attentive, respectful and guest orientated. The pools are also fabulous, with a separate pool area for adults only. The gym is the best hotel gym I have ever attended and it deserves an A+ rating. Silks, Nobu and the Merrywell were exceptional dining experiences. Bistro Guillaume had a few hiccups (don't go if there is a show on because you will wait a long time to get your mains, while they serve the theatre guests first) that being said the Manager was so incredibly apologetic we left tipping them... The low point. Epicurean buffet - the food was disappointing, the outdoor dining area is actually fully enclosed and the staff are well, lets just say they lectured us a lot about everything from drinking water before we drove (we were actually staying in the hotel) and not allowing one of our guests to order more than 1 drink at a time (he attempted to order 2 because the service for drinks was so slow). This experience is the only reason for the 4 star rating. When we return we will give this restaurant a hard miss.

A Magical High Tea Experience! Yesterday, I had the Beauty and the Beast high tea with my mother and sister-in-law, and it was truly amazing. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was simply brilliant. A special shoutout to the staff—they deserve to be recognised. Whether working at the bar, in the restaurants, or throughout the hotel accommodation, everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Their hard work and dedication really stood out. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable outing!

Spent a short but exhilarating afternoon at the casino. It is large and quite comfortable; it's not overly loud or noisy and smoking is not permitted. Plenty of games available and we had some luck with the multi-game machines. A shuttle service is available to and from the nearby Burswood station so getting there from downtown Perth is quick. Would definitely revisit to explore the available offering.

Missed our ferry and had to make a last minute booking at the crown, all staff where just so amazing and helpful could not say 1 bad word about the place, the venue and atmosphere is just stunning. We actually tried to cancel our other accommodation to stay there for longer!! Will definitely be back

Room - very good Location - excellent Overall hotel experience very good And best was buffet breakfast, yes seema to be pricy, but as a Indian pure vegetarian..totally loved it, they have all south indian menu. 1 star less is only due to bed, it seems there was some bed bugs in bed.
