The location was very central with easy access to good shopping. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were incredibly comfy. The TV was a smart TV so we could log into our own streaming services. The pool area was good but very slippery and because of that children are not allowed to play much around the pool but are welcome to just stay in the water.

Overall, the room was acceptable and reasonably comfortable. However, the air conditioner produced noticeable noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Unfortunately, the main concern during our stay was the level of service and hospitality from the reception team. We stayed 2nd February and 3rd Feb .During check-in, we did not receive any greeting, welcome, or basic information about the hotel facilities. I observed other guests being warmly welcomed and guided regarding breakfast and services, but we were not offered the same courtesy or assistance. The most disappointing experience occurred when we needed to extend our stay due to a change in plans. At around 8:30 pm, I approached the reception desk and greeted the staff member, but there was no acknowledgment or response. When I requested to extend our stay, the staff member simply stated the price without confirming availability or providing any further explanation. Before I could finish speaking, he gestured for another guest to come forward and greeted them warmly and politely. This difference in treatment felt unprofessional and discourteous. Later, I booked the same room online and called the hotel for confirmation. The staff member who assisted me over the phone was polite, helpful, and professional, and I would rate his service very highly. Unfortunately, the overall front desk experience in person did not reflect the same standard of hospitality. My wife, who was waiting in the lounge area, also noticed the lack of attentiveness from reception. Having stayed in more than 50 hotels across Australia, I have experienced better hospitality even at smaller motels. While the room itself was satisfactory, the service experience was disappointing. I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service so that all guests feel welcomed and respected.

We stayed one night but would of loved to stay more. Very nice room. Had a King Executive room and was well appointed with all of the amenities including robes and slippers for your comfort. Definitely a very grand hotel in more ways than one. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this establishment.

A great place to stay in the Adelaide CBD well maintained, comfortable, and a solid 4-star hotel overall. Rooms and common areas are clean, and the service from hotel staff was very good. However, the buffet breakfast was a major disappointment and not worth the money. Cut fruit served appeared to be from the previous night and was off with a noticeable smell. When this was reported, the restaurant staff response was dismissive, saying it was the chef’s responsibility and that it would be replaced. The stay itself was excellent, but the breakfast experience seriously needs improvement, especially given the price charged.

Excellent location in the heart of Adelaide. Wonderful, clean rooms and a comfortable hotel - I dropped a star because I was "sold" (my first stay in Adelaide....) an upgrade to a room "with a view" and a "coffee machine" (I wasn't interested in the machine, but the view was enticing). Turns out that every room in the hotel has a decent view - it is Adelaide after all.... Disappointment in being the victim of marketing. Stop chasing $$$ and keep the great service and cleanliness - if you want return customers don't fool them with false marketing.
