Our experience at the Grand Chancellor was truly delightful. The staff was warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a charming and cheerful receptionist who made the check-in process seamless and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room that was impeccably arranged, offering a high level of comfort and attention to detail. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, surpassing those of any property I have visited before. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable experience in Adelaide.

Nice staff realty helpful for our stay. Room is same as the photos, very clean and spotless. swimming pool is a much benefit for us. Bar is nearby and we have Japanese food around 10mins walk. A quiet place and we have a good rest for our other days competition.
Enjoyed 2 nights In one of the King Rooms. Got a free room upgrade and price was great. Very spacious and quiet on the floors. Nice little personalised welcome on the tv is a great touch.
