Stayed at the Novotel for one night for the NRL Grand Final. The room was pretty pricey for just one night, but honestly the location made it worth it! We had an issue with no hot water in our room, but the staff were super helpful and sorted it out quickly. They even gave us free parking and breakfast to make up for it, which was really nice. Overall, great location and really good service!

Location would be handy if you are going to one of the stadiums, I was there for a conference. The lifts were very slow, having 2 for the hotel guests including parking was always a wait. Food was fine, rooms were small and the bathrooms quite tired. Bin in the room wasnt emptied through the stay. Water pressure was a dribble at best. The room was very hot and even set to 18'c the room would have been in the mid 20's all the time Was offered none of the normal Accor Platinum benefits other than a thankyou at the end of check-in I hope I dont ever need to stay there again, I would drive home instead.

Stayed here for an event the other night. Very pleasant experience. From check in, to breakfast and the check out. This place was fantastic. I love a buffet breakfast and this one was superb. Great service and a really neat little area, a throwback to 2000. Highly recommended.

Centrally located to Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena, Novotel Sydney Olympic Park is within a block of several food and beverage dining options, making it a convenient place to stay when attending nearby events. The hotel is easily accessible by car or train, with on-site basement parking shared with Ibis and Pullman Hotels. The foyer and main bar area are welcoming shared spaces. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful; bar supervisor could improve his customer service. Room had a great view of Accor Stadium and was clean and well presented. Only cons were that the mattress was lumpy (overdue for replacement), the shower had to run for a long time to get hot water and soundproofing was not the best (pedestrian noise could be heard at the 6th floor from the street below). Lifts were also busy at peak times. Total cost of stay plus parking fees a bit high for the level of service, facilities and inclusions, but the convenient location certainly makes it a hotel that you would return to.

Great location to Qudos Bank arena, however the room was disgusting. Strong smell of urine, carpets stained. 37 degree day and the air con doesn’t work. Curtains dirty, stained with god know what. Would never stay here again, despite the location being so good. Could not wait to leave, thank god it was only one night.
