Stayed here last Saturday, went to the Souths v Sharks game, a treat for my birthday. Really enjoyed our stay, I would like to single out restaurant manager Andrew Clarke, his customer service was excellent, he was friendly, and so helpful, he made my birthday a real experience. We will be back.Thanks so much. Buffet Brekky , the next day was excellent as well.

These guys incorrectly took my payment for the accommodation (still taken from my account). They realised they took it as a holding payment after my stay was completed and continued to then process my card and take another full payment of the accommodation, without even speaking to me on the phone or waiting for the first payment to be reversed and received. Too bad if people needed their own money to pay bills. No thought taken whatsoever in this situation. Extremely unhappy with the steps taken to resolve this. Left me very upset and unhappy customer. Make sure your payment is done properly so you aren’t put in this situation when staying at the Novotel in Sydney Olympic park.

We made a mistake thinking we were booked at ibis Olympic park not ibis world square. After we figured this out the staff at Novotel Olympic park were incredible!!!! I have not seen or experienced such kindness for some time. We were offered free parking, a room to change in, access to bathrooms and a free drink. This completely changed our night and we were able to relax before the concert and totally enjoy our experience. Thank you so much to all the staff at Novotel, you are amazing!!!

I spend a fair amount of time in Accor venues and this was my second visit at this Novotel. My first stay was august 2023 and it was average. My most recent stay was extremely underwhelming. I understand the venue is pushing 25years old but it's in desperate need of a refurbish. My room had not been cleaned properly, there was thick dust visible, mould in thr shower and the exhaust vent was hanging out of the roof. The staff were friendly as expected from Novotel staff and the hospitality available in the bars downstairs was great. Just the rooms, for what they charge, were not worth it.
