They have a late check-in (3PM) so you will end up waiting a long time if your flight lands early. A perk is that they hold your luggage in the lobby. My husband asked for a cup and they shrugged their shoulders and were unable to assist, I was disappointed to see this. Also, this may be related to the fact that there is no 12-24-hr. restaurant located at this hotel. The hotel looks outdated but it is still comfortable. King sized beds are soft and not firm. Shared bathrooms are unfortunately small and dirty. Rooms are spacious with beautiful views. Cleaning staff is wonderful! FYI, if you have an electric vehicle, they do not have charging stations in the garage. In addition, you need to pay approximately 25AUD per day the vehicle is inside of the garage and you need to obtain a ticket to exit the garage. It was a bit tedious, but doable.

A decent room with an extra large bed. The style of the hotel is very 80s, which was fun in some respects, but it does mean that all the furniture and fittings do look a bit dated. The bathroom has been redone (maybe in the last 5-10y?), and whilst the flow of the shower was a bit weak, it was acceptable. We happened to have a nice view of the main street, which we enjoyed. The reception staff was always friendly with us too. A few comments that are worth mentioning though: - We had a room with an adjoining door to our neighbours, and unfortunately, it permeated sound too easily. - the Aircon system doesn't seem to turn off, although it is easy to change the temperature. - room cleaning: there is no room cleaning in unless you stay over 3 nights, and even then, we had to ask for it, despite a sign explaining that it would be done. When it did happen, the clean was brief and not that well done. - there is a supermarket within 10m of the hotel, which is very practical, and you are a 12 min walk from Oxford street, although it's quite hilly! Overall, a good location and a good sleep but nothing super fancy.

We stayed here for four nights. Great location as it it close to public transportation. The Royal Botanical Gardens and Opera House are within walking distance. Area around the hotel felt safe at night as well as during the day. There is a market around the corner. Service was friendly. The room was comfortable. I would stay again.

The overall impression of the hotel was clean and comfortable. And the view was good too. Also, when our reservation was disrupted due to flight problems, DEEJAY helped us wholeheartedly. He was very kind and flexible in resolving this issue. He is professional and passionate about his job, and I think he is the best hotelier in the world :) If I come back to Sydney, I would revisit this hotel (with DEEJAY).

Great value 4 star hotel that is popular with flight crew. Centrally located with bus and nearby trains. With harbour, Bridge, and city views! Rooms are clean. TV has no streaming or casting. No pool. Gym is small, but has quality equipment. Reception service is excellent, as is the breakfast buffet and staff. I had concerns about housekeeping, but this was quickly rectified. All the staff are very professional, helpful, polite and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
