Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the event a memorable one for all of us.This is the best party team I ever had.Because all of your hard work makes this party so special for us. She consistently followed up with my party planner, demonstrating remarkable patience and ensuring that all arrangements were in place. Had a wonderful experience. We celebrated our daughter’s 13th year birthday and all the children had a lovely time. The party coordinator Michelle collected all the required information for the party and completed all the arrangements. Party host Britney was amazing with the children and kept them occupied the whole time. The food was amazing especially the donut cake and fried chicken. Totally worth the money. Thank you!

TEEG / Kingpin / Timezone never cease to impress with their absolutely abhorrent machine conditions. DanceDanceRevolution at Kingpin Crown is borderline unplayable - buttons coming undone, pad sensors failing, no fan, and the music being drowned out by just about every other surrounding machine. It's almost as if the company intentionally places the music games next to the most obnoxious machine possible and then turns the volume down to a barely audible level. Within 15 minutes of playing I realised that my time would be better spent playing DDR at just about any other arcade in the state that isn't TEEG owned or operated. That the company charges $2.60 a game ($2.80 for non VIP!!) is insulting at best and downright laughable at worst given the state of their cabinets. Nobody who plays this game for more than a single credit would ever be caught playing here for more than an hour at most. I've had so many grievances with this company in the past to do with money and accounts being lost (upwards of five hundred dollars being lost for weeks), so to see that they only run a service on one of my favourite games every half a year is pretty pathetic but wholly unsurprising. Why should I continue to give this joke of a business any more money when they can't even spend the bare minimum to tend to their machines?? DDR in Victoria (and DanceRush) is quickly dying because larger arcade chains like Timezone just don't care to maintain their games and don't support their communities. Half their machines don't update on time when other arcades are ready on day one. Constant hardware problems. Dismissive of their communities. The list goes on. More worryingly, my previous review of a friend feeling uncomfortable went largely ignored by the company. Never any reassurance that the situation was handled or addressed.

Great venue to have some fun with bowling arcade games and laser tag. The venue was clean and tidy. Was pretty busy. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the vr option it was below average.
