Had the best afternoon celebrating a birthday with friends. Staff were on the ball with our never ending eats and drinks requests and the venue was chilled and relaxing. Great spot to have a cheeky beverage with friends.

Recently had my 40th birthday celebrations at Lot Twenty. Perfect venue! Even with the venue at capacity with 2 other functions, the drinks were quick and the food we pre-ordered was awesome! Have been back several times since and recommend to friends for their birthdays

My experience with this place is sadly poor. I can't rate the food, service or atmosphere as my group of friends and I for a special birthday had our booking canceled at short notice. Recieved an email to say they have a ticketed booking ( large group obviously 🤷♀️) so will have to cancel your booking ( which was made weeks ago). Its obviously all about the money. 💰 How rude, .....plus other bookings were prob canceled. No vouchers offered, or a free drink if booking again. Will not be back. Beware of cancelations!

I booked an area at lot 20 for my birthday. I booked the area for 7pm so I arrived at 6:45pm. Not only was the area not set up but it took 20 minutes to get the staffs attention. After finally getting the bar staffs attention they spent the next 20 minutes cleaning and moving other people and tables around in the area I booked. Finally sitting down at around 7:30. Not that it really mattered because half way through my event other customers were constantly walking through and sitting down in my poorly signed area. We spent ages waiting at the bar for drinks due to cocktail courses taking up the entire bar and the staff were constantly arguing and didn’t look like they wanted to be there at all. I would recommend going somewhere else.
