Relaxed Outdoor Space Nestled in the Perth Cultural Centre. Lot Twenty's Deck area is the perfect outdoor location for informal gatherings. You can sit comfortably enjoying a coffee or an afternoon Spiritz whilst working on your laptop. Equally you can gather your team and pop a bottle of bubbles to celebrate. We've hosted Creative Events such as Plant and Sip, Cocktail Parties, Informal Coffee Meetings, Team Building Events, Training Classes, the occasional Wedding and good old fashioned Sundowners. In the height of summer in the late afternoon, the two storey building casts a long shadow over the deck making the most comfortable outdoor space to be.

After trip through Art gallery we looked for a snack. Lot 20 was it. A little place that was quiet at 3pm in the arvo. Service was quick even when menu was changed the young girl ran up a flight of stairs to find out the replacement for the ice cream I ordered. Talk about Service.👍👍👍👍. Check out this place food was yum and the brownie and ice cream was delicious.

Had the best afternoon celebrating a birthday with friends. Staff were on the ball with our never ending eats and drinks requests and the venue was chilled and relaxing. Great spot to have a cheeky beverage with friends.

Me and my friends had the best time and were looked after by a wonderful bartender named Alex. He was very personable and even moved along some unwanted company, and as a group of young women we appreciated this greatly. We felt very safe, comfortable and valued as customers. We will definitely will be back!!

We recently celebrated our wedding reception at LotTwenty and we absolutely loved it. From the initial dealings with Melissa and Gary, it was such a great experience - they were so flexible in terms of what we needed/wanted. We were able to hire the whole venue, put up decorations, they were super accommodating with our food choices, we were even able to order my family’s favourite wine which wasn’t on the list and they got it from their suppliers for us. It was a lovely evening, we wanted a relaxed evening with a good vibe and that’s exactly what we got. I highly recommend it if for celebrations and special occasions. Recently had my 40th birthday celebrations at Lot Twenty. Perfect venue! Even with the venue at capacity with 2 other functions, the drinks were quick and the food we pre-ordered was awesome! Have been back several times since and recommend to friends for their birthdays
