Stayed here a couple of nights while on vacation with my family. Money was well spent. Arrived and rooms were absolutely impeccable. House keeping staff went above and beyond and attended to our requests. Kids enjoyed their stay here and made use of the pool. Very convenient that there is a gym here as well. Food was amazing at the restaurant. Could not find any faults. Would definitely be staying here on our next trip to Sydney.

The customer service was delightful. They were all helpful from the front desk to house keeping. The rooms are very spacious it fit us 4 very nicely and they are all very well kept and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The pool was nice my girls especially loved it every chance they got. All in all food , rooms and customer service were all amazing.

Absolutely outstanding service - right from check in (Sophia) to the room being immaculate and looked to be recently renovated with a great modern feel/theme. To then the dinning experience at dinner (the downstairs restaurants for breakfast and dinner are incredible!!). A big thank you to the food and beverage manager Jasper for being super positive and providing us with the delicious gluten free burgers that were insanely amazing. Travelling for a family holiday and will be back 💯 for our Sydney trips which we try and do twice a year or so. Thank you 🙏 Jonathan

I stayed here for a few nights, it was pretty nice. The location is near a bunch of places like 7/11. The service was great and the staff were friendly. The room was nice but it wasn't cleaned completely as the trash bin wasn't emptied. Overall, the room was nice! Would visit again.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly and smiling and humble. Room service is good and fast. The location is very close to the central station, making it easy to commute.
