The Surry space is a larger function venue, boasting a private balcony complete with a spectacular view of Sydney's skyline. Within the Surry space itself, there's room for up to 230 guests standing, or 140 for a seated event. Aside from corporate events like seminars or workshops, dinners, or more social events are recommended. This venue can also be set up in a multitude of different ways. Very nice hotel. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I got a discounted rate so can't comment on the normal rates. Very clean and modern room with everything I needed except the complimentary tea and coffee that's in every other hotel. I'm sure they would've provided some if I asked, but I didn't bother. The king bed was so big I could hardly see the other side. And the room was plenty big enough to fit it. As you'd expect from a classy hotel, there was also good information in the room about the local area, if you were a tourist. I didn't try the room service nor have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I got a corner room with a balcony as an upgrade, which was a great bonus. There wasn't much of a view from the balcony, but it was very spacious, with a table and chairs. It would've been a great way to get some air if my stay was longer. Very convenient location in central Sydney. Near everything you could need. I'd love to stay here again.

Had an amazing 2 stays here. Naomi at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and friendly, she really amplified the already great service. Loved the fish floor at reception, the heated pool and spa! The beds were so comfortable, windows blocked out any outside noise and black out curtains meant a good rest every night. Thank you products were great quality. Will definitely be back, location is excellent too.

I really cant give this hotel a good review. Room was good. From there it goes downhill sadly. 1. Wifi is really poor and this is 2024. And its sneaky. Do a speedtest and you get 50mbps. But try and use it and its bad. Websites timeout all the time. Probably their IT company while prioritising speed test traffic has no idea what they are doing. 2. In the morning more than once i had to use the stairs. The lifts are just overworked for the number of guests. Made me late for meetings waiting for the lift 3. Housekeeping more than once just pulled up the top cover making things look nice but underneath the bed wasnt made. 4. The restaurant only serves dinner twice a week. Food was ok but as a 4.5 star business hotel it really needs a fully operating restaurant 5. One night there was an event on. The 5th floor was reverberating with noise. Really? In a business hotel. Eventually i complained as i had enough. I was there 12 days. Spent over 2500 dollars. The manager was understanding and apologetic and i ended up with a 50 dollar food credit. You really need to fix up your hotel. Especially for business travellers its below par

Have stayed here a few times for work (not by choice) and it’s not good if you want to sleep. Aircon is terrible. I got it checked while there last time and they said it’s old and nothing they can do. Doors bang loudly all night and have alarms that go off if they aren’t shut properly. Positives are size of room and location is good.

Stayed here a couple of nights while on vacation with my family. Money was well spent. Arrived and rooms were absolutely impeccable. House keeping staff went above and beyond and attended to our requests. Kids enjoyed their stay here and made use of the pool. Very convenient that there is a gym here as well. Food was amazing at the restaurant. Could not find any faults. Would definitely be staying here on our next trip to Sydney.
