Stayed at the hotel in October and had a great time. Room view across the River amazing and very comfortable. The reception staff were very professional and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were lovely too. Harshi and Carolina were very professional and welcoming to us at breakfast and we always enjoyed this time with them. If we ever visit Brisbane again this will be the hotel we will come back to.

Wish i was writing a different review as all the staff went above and beyond what was expected as we were celebrating a very special milestone for myself and my wife.The buffet breakfast was up there with the best. Now the not so nice part of our stay. Our room was what I would call one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting, dirt film in the bathtub, hairs also in the bathtub which are definitely not ours. Dirty bed sheets, oily stains on the dining table. To have our special day ruined by this is to say the least is disappointing. We will be taking this up with management

The location is very convenient, very close to the city centre and southbank. We stayed in a room and were able to overlook the riverside, and the view was just amazing. We liked the modern and trendy design of the room. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast buffet has a variety of choices as well. Overall, everything is wonderful. I would also like to thank Jo for hosting us at the reception. She was soooo nice and friendly to us, which made us feel like at home. Thank you very much, Jo! We will definitely come back again!

Overall a good stay and what really made the difference was the service. During the breakfast all staff were very kind and helpful. Was travelling with family from overseas and it was such a relief that they could provide us with customised attention and even in different languages! My relative didn’t have any trouble at all communicating as Nicolas was able to help at all times in English and Spanish

We had a wedding in Brisbane, so we made a weekend of it and stayed at Voco for three nights. The rooms were nice enough and clean. All the staff we came across were fantastic. The location was terrific; it was easy to get around — lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. In my opinion, the buffet breakfast wasn’t worth the price tag - go to one of the local cafes. And the price of the accommodation was quite expensive for what it was. However, there were a lot of sporting games on that weekend so it makes sense too.
