Staff at hotel is fantastic. My room was quite nice with king bed and the excellent IHG linens and pillows. Refrigerator in room. Bath has large shower with excellent shower heads and water pressure. The only flaw ( BIG ONE ) is with Zuma restaurant. My order was not presented after 1 hour of waiting, and patron beside me was served the wrong order. Twice. I gave up and left.

This place was okay, in house restaurant was good. Rooms were clean and relatively well equipped. Air conditioning in the rooms was ridiculously loud and woke me a few times. Underground carpark was crap and the ultimate cherry on top was you had to pay extra for parking despite being a hotel guest.

After a delayed flight, I ended up staying at Voco Brisbane, and the experience was far better than I expected from someone who was exhausted from traveling. Beau, who was on the overnight shift, provided exceptional service—welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. His attention to detail and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. In the morning, I was greeted warmly again as I headed out for my flight, which was a memorable touch compared to other hotel stays. Thank you, Beau, for making the experience stand out! Would highly recommend Voco Brisbane.

The location is very convenient, very close to the city centre and southbank. We stayed in a room and were able to overlook the riverside, and the view was just amazing. We liked the modern and trendy design of the room. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast buffet has a variety of choices as well. Overall, everything is wonderful. I would also like to thank Jo for hosting us at the reception. She was soooo nice and friendly to us, which made us feel like at home. Thank you very much, Jo! We will definitely come back again!

Stayed at the hotel in October and had a great time. Room view across the River amazing and very comfortable. The reception staff were very professional and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were lovely too. Harshi and Carolina were very professional and welcoming to us at breakfast and we always enjoyed this time with them. If we ever visit Brisbane again this will be the hotel we will come back to.
