Disgustingly overpriced hotel. You can find far better hotels for half the cost nearby. Their service is disgraceful, the rooms lack basic amenities like a coffee machine. Unacceptable given how expensive staying here is. The room was so bad I needed to move hotels. Of course, they wouldn't refund me for the night because their priority is taking as much money from you as possible. Avoid at all costs and stay elsewhere. EDIT: They have since replied with a completely BS response. After seeing our room and deciding it was a far better option to haul our luggage 2 blocks away to a different hotel. We asked reception if they would be willing to offer a refund. The advised us to request it through booking.com. We waited 2 days for a response and nothing. I had to call the hotel back for them to finally respond. They DENIED the refund request and the manager I spoke to gave me the worst treatment I've ever had from a manager of a hotel. It is so rich for them to advise me of the refund process when they've already denied me a refund by using that exact process. This hotel truly does not care about you!

Stayed for a conference and the whole experience is not 4-star. Service is not up to standards at all. Staff are nice and friendly, however, not trained properly and the entire operation does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. Housekeeping is sloppy, never cleaned and replaced used glasses . Bathroom wasn’t cleaned either, they only made the bed and that’s it! I had to ask for a bottle of water in the room and was told that they ran out water bottles. To my horror, I then witnessed the staff went into my colleagues room to take their bottle to bring it to me. The bottle was already open and the staff just topped it up with tap water. Went to the bar for a drink and the staff was not trained at all to operate a bar. Phone in the room doesn’t work for housekeeping or room services despite that they have a direct line, you need to call reception for them to take your order. This is not advised anywhere in the room so you just washed time dialing a dead phone line. I am sorry but this is not what you expect to stay in 4-star hotel. A disgrace on hospitality and shame on the management for not bringing their staff up to standards.

We had a wedding in Brisbane, so we made a weekend of it and stayed at Voco for three nights. The rooms were nice enough and clean. All the staff we came across were fantastic. The location was terrific; it was easy to get around — lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. In my opinion, the buffet breakfast wasn’t worth the price tag - go to one of the local cafes. And the price of the accommodation was quite expensive for what it was. However, there were a lot of sporting games on that weekend so it makes sense too.

I recently attended a conference at the Voco Hotel Conference Room and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities were top-notch, with modern technology and comfortable seating that made the event run smoothly. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The room was spacious, well-lit, and conducive to both presentations and group discussions. The catering provided was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to all dietary needs. The convenient location and ample parking were additional bonuses. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend for any corporate event or gathering.

I recently stayed at VOCCO hotel for a conference, and while everything was good, the best part was the breakfast and the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. I especially want to thank Harshi for being so kind and supportive. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable!
