Pleasantly surprised. Arrived early and asked for an early check in. Received a phone call in a couple of hours to state that our room was ready. We requested an early check in and a quiet room and was not disappointed at all. We use the pool as it was a very hot day in Brisbane. The pools temperature was good. We had the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning. Not much variety but the food and service was very good. Location was excellent and walking distance to the Roma Street Train station and Brisbane CBD.
JU NAMU
It's about a 10-minute walk from Central Station. It was nice to walk through most of the city. We booked a room with wheelchair access, so we were happy to see the nice view of the Ferris wheel across the street, although the floor was low, just like normal hotels. There was a car road right in front of us, but there was no noise. Above all, it was a dawn flight, so I asked for early check-in early in the morning, but the hotel accommodated me, so I was able to relieve my fatigue. Sincerely, thank you so much!

The gem of this hotel is the staff. Our plane had a 7pm flight time and the staff did not hesitate to set us up with a 2pm late check-out so that we could enjoy the amenities a little while longer. The staff also provided detailed directions on how to get to Roma Train Station (when google suggested Central Station) as a close point for transportation. I encountered different staff at different hours and different days but the level of hospitality was consistent. Oscar, at the front desk, checked us out. The outside of the hotel is a bit drab. However, I found the room and bathroom spacious. The hotel is walking distance to QueenStreet Mall, Wheel of Brisbane, and Roma Train station. The W hotel is right next door if you want nicer restaurants and bar scene.

Enjoyed my stay here! all the staff are great and the breakfast was fantastic plus the amazing view from the restaurant which is truly instagrammable. Trevor, the duty manager is superb and friendly! he assigned me to a really nice room and I appreciate that a lot. Will surely come back again!

A fantastic stay at voco Brisbane. The hotel is stylish and features a rooftop pool which never seemed to be busy. All of my requests were catered to, and I was very appreciative of being able to check in early.
