Most amazing shower based on size of the room, water pressure and good quality shampoo and wash. The hotel is new and well kept and pays attention to its details. A cold fridge, superb lighting and switches, and overall superb design of the room that makes it refreshingly bright and cozy. Location is not the best to the queen street mall but it’s manageable. Looking forward to my next stay.
I attended a seminar here & stayed elsewhere as this venue was booked out. Location is fantastic, so close to services. The catering of the function - morning tea was insufficiently stocked, everything gone by the time I made it, but the lunch was amazing, really loved the citrus flavoured broccoli!! At the end, reception arranged airport transfer taxi. Other issue was insufficient number of toilets for a seminar. Maybe put up signs of alternate location of toilets.
I was on a flight that was canceled.Therefore the location to the airport was not great for me. But after a long day, of lost promises by Virgin airlines I was greeted at VOCO by a beautiful staff member who made me feel welcome, shouted me a complimentary drink, and organised me a wake up call and a Taxie ( I’ll change the review if that goes bad in the morning) 🤪🤪 but Room lovely. Beautiful view. Thank you for your care.
Great location and rooms. The restaurant of an evening let's the hotel down. The service is poor but the food was good. Morning smorgasbord was excellent. Plenty of good restaurants around so use them. Good stay and good price.
The location is very convenient, very close to the city centre and southbank. We stayed in a room and were able to overlook the riverside, and the view was just amazing. We liked the modern and trendy design of the room. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast buffet has a variety of choices as well. Overall, everything is wonderful. I would also like to thank Jo for hosting us at the reception. She was soooo nice and friendly to us, which made us feel like at home. Thank you very much, Jo! We will definitely come back again!
