Rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were Spa like with amenities of plush towels, shampoos with herbal fragrances, toothbrush kits. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Perhaps the best I have ever experienced. ATM walking Distance. Water Taxi walking distance and only .50 cents.

Lovely place to stay, everything is in pristine condition. Great location, nice and close to the river so you can go for a short stroll to a restaurant of your choosing and enjoy the scenery. All staff were friendly and happy to help with whatever they needed to. Would love to stay again in the future. The ONLY thing I could comment that needs improvement is the lighting. I would have preferred an option to make them brighter as I struggled to put my make up on in the bathroom 🥲

We were treated very poorly about having breakfast on Christmas Day. It was a prepaid event and no hotel customers could eat in the hotel restaurant. Zero communicating on check in from hotel management about the holiday events.You could purchase room service unfortunately we were downstairs and had already checked out for this service.

Went to a company event at the hotel and aside from it being beautiful inside, waiting service was exceptional. Specially from Howie, he was really attentive and helpful, every time coming over to check if we were alright, making sure everyone had drinks and was being fed. We even had a special request and he was very quick to help us, while also being polite and overall an angel. Thank you, Howie! I hope you had a good evening too

While the hotel is very nice, I was extremely disappointed in the house keeping staff. Twice I found our room unlocked because the staff couldn’t shut the door properly. Then on the last day we left a charcuterie board present behind by mistake when leaving for the airport early in the morning. Instead of letting hotel management know, the staff kept for themselves. I guess they don’t pay them well enough to consider the patrons. As a lifetime platinum elite and 4 year running titanium elite member I was hoping for better service.
