Expensive run down hotel with poor service. - Old rooms with panels coming off the walls - Worn out carpet and bathrooms. Vanities and toilet are scratched and stained. - No fan in the bathroom so have to keep the door open for any chance of using the mirror. - Air con unit dripping on the carpet but struggling to keep the room cool - Only one operational lift for months to come. Allow 10 minutes for it. - Breakfast is $42. - Hotel facilities are in the building next door which isn't normally an issue but with only one lift working, it's pretty bad. - Tried addressing some of the issues with the reception staff but the phone rings. - When speaking to staff in person, they are clearly exhausted from all the issues and ultimately can't fix anything. With so many great hotels and apartments in Brisbane, this one isn't worth your money.

The Pullman Brisbane King George Square is a nice hotel. Our room had views over Roma Street Station and surrounding parklands. The room was clean and well presented. The restaurant Goldfinch offered a good breakfast with plenty of options on the buffet. The service was very good and staff were friendly. The only issue we experienced was the selection of tea was lacking a pure peppermint option and the stocks were not replenished each day. Very minor. Overall a nice place to retreat to after exhausting days.

Booked 2 x kings for 2 nights. Overcharged $240 for the rooms and got 1 x king and 1 x queen double. It took 2 hours to resolve but finally got the rooms I booked at the price I booked them for, even though I had the email and the app showing what I booked they would not, at first, accept it. Once it was resolved there was a quick apology, but nothing else. We had two nights and already lost the first could of hours just trying to get the right rooms and the right price. Rooms were good size and block out blinds were awesome. Towels were very thin and the bedding was cheap, I ended up using a towel as a pillow slip as the pillow slips were so thin. Small Pool had no ambience. Just concrete and a few seats. Breakfast good but no service. Wanted a latte and told that I had to go into the cafe, which was serving people from the street, line up, and buy my coffee and wait for it to be ready. If you have stayed at other Pullman’s then you will be very disappointed with the Brisbane one. It should not be classified as a Pullman

My family and I absolutely love staying at the Pullman. The staff are always so accommodating and helpful—they truly are wonderful. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for everything we need when visiting Brisbane. One highlight of our stay was the cleaners' thoughtful gestures with my youngest daughter's toys. Every time they cleaned the room, they set up her toys in fun and creative ways—like having them look out the window. It was such a sweet touch that made my daughter's day. We always look forward to staying here!

We loved everything about Pullman, from location to all the very friendly and accommodating staff. The valet parked our car straight away, and we had help with our bags. Pullman has a lot to offer, and the kids absolutely loved our stay here. Just a short walk to Queen Street Mall. I've read a fair few negative reviews, and I honestly can't see why, we all enjoyed our stay, and the rooms were incredibly spacious for all 4 of us. The pool is quite large with sun chairs, and the buffet for breakfast was divine! Literally had anything you could ever want for breakfast. We will be back for sure! Only negative is the rattling pipes but all the rooms do it. Regardless of this, we were happy and will definitely be back.
