This is an old hotel dressed up a bit. Nothing special at all. I was surprised when our room wasn't serviced and they said you have to request each day for your room to be serviced! Is this an Ibis Budget? The bathroom was old, and had a bath shower, which is horrible. Our room keys were constantly not working. The staff were pleasant, but just not enough of them. This is a 3.5 star hotel and the price isn't!

Clean and spacious King rooms however, felt the room was a bit outdated for a 5 star establishment, especially the bathroom with the shower/bathtub combo (which couldn't keep in the water). The bathroom floor would become extremely wet when showering, having to waste nearly all towels to dry it up. A great location and central to everything (which is pretty much the best thing going for it) but I believe this establishment could do with updating their rooms, we've stayed in other 5 star hotels which are much more up to standard. The Roof top bar had a great view but with many areas blocked off to regular guests due to business events was a let down as we were unable to really take in the atmosphere and experience. We dined in the downstairs restaurant one evening which was mediocre, service & food certainly wasn't 5 star quality and wait times nearly caused us to walk out. Personally, we wouldn't stay at this establishment again - we would opt to stay at another Accor establishment within the city.

We love the Pullman - this was our 20th stay there. The rooms are always good, with good quality finishings. The food is always great - although we are still disappointed the Lounge has not returned since it was closed during the covid debacle. The difference between great hotels are the PEOPLE. Everyone was very helpful, and were genuinely interested. Highly recommended.

Checked in for two nights for a business trip, friendly welcome by the staff. Quick and efficient process. The room was clean, nice and spacious, good amenities. Short walk to some many attractions and the centre of the city. Restaurant had a nice breakfast and the roof top bar 16 Antlers had a fantastic view and good ambience. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights post country rail trip. Short walk from Roma Street. While noting checkin time off 2:00 pm, very pleased that room was ready at 12:30. Room on 3rd floor was quiet, no street noise. Very large room, king size bed, quality bedding. Shower over bath. Can’t fault and would stay again.
