I don’t recommend the Pullman side for the price to the rooms and service don’t match up.running 2 motels one reception with 2 people working means very long waits.over 20 minutes average each time. had to walk to restaurant and pay to get room service brought to your room after 20 minutes of trying on there app.so I walked to reception she said try again then sent me off I then rang the restaurant they said was issues with computers .yet the lady could not tell me that.so no charge back or room service unless walked to restaurant. went to get a spare key was told I am not in that room I said I have two rooms I am in them. So had to wait for husband to get back to get in my room ! She then said sorry computer issues once again why not say that earlier. had food in fridge on check in not mine half eaten.on top of worn to the ground carpet and unclean in areas checked in one room at 6 pm told no car parks find some where else asked to book for next night told to use app and book nothing to do with motel. Book on an app. i was embarrassed as I recommended this motel so 6 other people booked rooms on top of ours all booked there because I recommended the acore as a member. They all had bad experiences.this is definitely not 5 star hotel rooms they nee an update.or change ratings. no one brings bags up for the elderly people next to us were told to do it them selfs not a service they do !! 5 star !! and they brought them a luggage cart then walked away.other people in line waiting helped them. its 5 star they say ! Nit even close very disappointed and brought my overall weekend down.

As a guest expecting a 5-star experience, I was extremely let down by the condition of the room I was assigned. The overall appearance of the room was far from what one would expect from a hotel of your advertised standard. The furniture and bathroom fixtures were noticeably dated, and the ceiling in the bathroom had a large and unsightly water leak mark—an issue that suggests ongoing maintenance problems. To make matters worse, the carpet appeared dirty and looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed prior to my arrival. This experience has not only fallen far below the standards promised by your brand, but it also made me question the quality controls in place at your property. Upon getting into bed, I was shocked to find a black mark inside the bedsheet, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, the bath towels provided were worn out and clearly past their usable condition. This has truly been the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I am extremely disappointed. I strongly urge the management to seriously investigate these issues and take immediate steps to improve both the cleanliness and quality standards of the accommodation.

Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time. No acknowledgment of status from the hotel at all except for saying “thank you for being a silver member” which was just plain wrong as I am a gold. The first night after my brother showered he began having an allergic reaction which we investigated and discovered was due to mould in the shower. It was past 11pm and I didn’t want to be a pain so I left it for the night. I went down to reception the next day and informed them of the issue around 11am where they said they would send someone to clean it or change my room. Got back around 6pm and not only had the mould not been dealt with, but housekeeping hadn’t been to my room at all. So I then went back to reception to let them know and they once again said they would look into it. I left the hotel again to get dinner and when we came back housekeeping had attended the room and there was a strong smell of bleach coming from the bathroom, yet all the mould remained there uncleaned. To top it all off when leaving the hotel I was overcharged for parking. We stayed there 3 nights and I was charged $260 instead of the $195 it should’ve been. Overall very disappointed and embarrassed as I booked this hotel thinking it would be a nice stay for my brothers and I.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally impressive, with the food at Goldfinch Restaurant being absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Additionally, the 16 Antler rooftop bar provided a thrilling and memorable experience, offering stunning views and a lively atmosphere that truly shouldn't be missed.

A reasonably priced hotel but the service at the front desk was lacking. No one helped us with our bags. We had to get the luggage trolly ourselves and move our own luggage to our rooms despite having a toddler and baby. The check in process was a long wait. The room and amenities were fine and breakfast was good.
