We arrive all seems good. Huge line at the start.. seems like a decent hotel because slot of people want to stay there. We get to the front counter the guy serving us seems like he doesn't want to be there. Doesn't tell us the wifi password and doesn't tell us where or when breakfast. We get to our room and there is a freaking BUG on my bed. At least the view was okay. Oh! And the curtains were broken too. We went out for awhile and came back to order dinner, aka room service. We order a pizza with no tomato on it and after we order it about 2 minutes later the call back and say they can't do that. We changed it to a fish and chips. It comes to our room, food and drinks were not so good. It was edible but disgusting. We just ate the chips and bread that night. after we finished we called the room service again to come and pick up our food and they don't answer. Fast forward to breakfast, massive line. The breakfast buffet was very poor quality. Coffee machine line was long, and each coffee took about 3 minutes to make. We got through breakfast. Checkout time: we are getting charged with 112 dollars for a meal we didn't even order. They insisted we did order it and so we payed it. The car they took and parked they took HALF A FREAKING HOUR TO BRING BACK. Never coming back here. How hard is it to find a good quality hotel?

My husband & I would like to thank Michael the (General Manager) & his staff at the Pullman for making our stay an enjoyable one. Our room was great as well the view. Location was fantastic walking distance to the Mall. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff & chef were very helpful in assisting us to reach our food from the hot/cold section. I would highly recommend to stay at Pullman Brisbane again. Well done.

My two-week stay at the Pullman Brisbane King George Square has been nothing short of frustrating. While I expected a comfortable and relaxing experience, I faced constant problems that were poorly addressed by the hotel staff. Check-in Experience: On arrival (03/11), I was greeted by a receptionist who was impatient and unhelpful. They requested my card details without explaining that a deposit would be charged, which I only discovered the next day from my bank transaction. Room Issues: 1. On the first night, I was awakened by loud drilling noises around 6 a.m. The front desk offered no immediate solution other than downgrading me to a smaller room, which I reluctantly accepted. 2. The new room’s air conditioning didn’t work for two nights, leaving the room unbearably hot. Despite numerous calls to reception, no timely action was taken. Only after much frustration was I moved to another room with functioning air conditioning. 3. In the third room, the TV broke on the second day, and the toilet area suffered a severe water leak multiple times, creating a hazardous and uncomfortable environment. Although maintenance fixed the issue each time, the problem persisted. Ongoing Disturbances: There was constant drilling and water pipe noise, likely due to the building's age and poor maintenance. This made rest nearly impossible. While the hotel eventually provided a food and beverage voucher three days before my departure, it felt like a minimal gesture after such a distressing experience. I am genuinely disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and overall poor management. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend Pullman Brisbane King George Square to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

Spacious room and bed was super comfortable and great pillows Rooms are a bit dated, shower head quite old and water pressure not the best, considering the price for the night. Photos of the rooftop pool and bar make it look much nicer than it is. The bar was under rennovation, wet towels and empty beer bottles left around the place.

Stayed 2 nights for a corporate event. Definitely a positive experience overall. Room nice, spacious and tidy. Bed super comfortable. Amenities essentially perfect. Most notably, EVERY individual employee across all areas of your hotel was a combination of extremely friendly, helpful, and relatively efficient. On our first night, all 8 dinners at our table in your ground level restaurant were absolutely delicious! Thank you!! Amazing!! CBB's One tap in my bathroom was dripping though for the entire stay to the point of almost running - unsure why it wasn't reported to be fixed when my room was prepped. Lighting in the corporate breakout areas was horrid. PLEASE be the first hotel in Brisbane and every city in Australia to improve your lighting!! Yellow, tungsten harsh down lighting is already horrible, but heavily green tinged accent lighting dominating the spaces looks disgusting on people's skin, products, activation stands, and by default in any image shot on a camera / phone. Would be nice to have more cold water in the room, and there is definitely potential for more snack options in your minibar.
