We stayed at this amazing hotel last Nov.5-7, 2024. It was a very nice experience for the entire stay. We requested a highest floor level ocean view and they never faied us. We got our room at level 22 which is the highest floor level in the hotel. We would like to mentioned Christine for her amazing costumer service, Thank you so much. Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious👍 Looking forward to book again on the same floor level. 😎

This hotel requires significant renovation and reassessment. Upon our arrival, the reception staff were not welcoming. After check-in, there was no assistance offered for our luggage, leaving us to transport everything to our room ourselves. A major disappointment was the discrepancy between the hotel’s promotional photos and its actual condition. The property is noticeably older and more worn than depicted. The elevator resembles an outdated, scratched cabin, and nearly all the room furnishings showed visible stains and scuff marks. The telephone and music player appeared neglected, and the curtain in our room was torn. Additionally, the television was outdated and stained. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel fell short. We encountered trash left in the corridor in the afternoon—a beer box and wrapper—which remained untouched through the evening and into the following day. The bathroom did not feel hygienic, and the flat sheet was uncovered. At breakfast, we were greeted by another unfriendly staff member whose uniform was stained. The food quality was mediocre, and the restaurant ambiance was noticeably outdated and worn. The container lids were sticky, adding to an uncomfortable experience. To add to our frustration, when my young son needed to use the restroom on the ground floor, we discovered that all toilet doors were locked and required a password from the reception area. The restroom itself looked old and unpleasant. Overall, my family and I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Summary: the hotel does not match the images shown online; it appears significantly older and less maintained.

A terrible experience! No side cabinet next to the bed, nowhere to put clothes, there is wardrobe for hanging stuff but not anything else. No normal tea, only jasmine, green & peppermint tea. Chocolates melted, inedible. TV not working. Maintenance staff were great and fixed TV & brought us teabags promptly. Reception were not very helpful and said it’s the best & largest room we have - I’d hate to see the other rooms. As an Accor plus gold member, I am so very disappointed, we will not stay here again. Hang on to that maintenance girl, she is amazing! That’s all you have going for you Mantra Legends!

My stay at Mantra Legends was really enjoyable thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location. First time staying at this hotel and I was impressed from the moment arriving. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and greet you with a genuine smile, this was great to see. We booked an ocean view studio room, and the view did not disappoint. It was lovely that the room had a balcony with chairs to enjoy the view. If you wake early enough, you will see the sunrise over the Pacific ocean. The room was very clean and it was a decent size but also felt nice and cozy, perfect for 2 people. It included a small kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, coffee making equipment as well as mugs, glasses and utensils. The bathroom was spotless and the shower pressure was good. The pool is large and there was also a smaller hot tub next to the pool area. The bar served happy hour cocktails between 4pm and 6pm. The hotel has 4 elevators serving every floor meaning that you never have to wait too long to get to your level. The location is perfect, being 1 block from the main Gold Coast dining area and the beach is literally at the end of the street. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gold Coast for a holiday.

Well located at the Gold Coast, we stayed for 3 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were large, well maintained and comes with a basic kitchen for those keen to cook something basic. The breakfast is sumptuous and you need to step out for lunch and dinner. But the alley perpendicular to mantra has all the cuisines you may look for.
