My stay at Mantra Legends was really enjoyable thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location. First time staying at this hotel and I was impressed from the moment arriving. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and greet you with a genuine smile, this was great to see. We booked an ocean view studio room, and the view did not disappoint. It was lovely that the room had a balcony with chairs to enjoy the view. If you wake early enough, you will see the sunrise over the Pacific ocean. The room was very clean and it was a decent size but also felt nice and cozy, perfect for 2 people. It included a small kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, coffee making equipment as well as mugs, glasses and utensils. The bathroom was spotless and the shower pressure was good. The pool is large and there was also a smaller hot tub next to the pool area. The bar served happy hour cocktails between 4pm and 6pm. The hotel has 4 elevators serving every floor meaning that you never have to wait too long to get to your level. The location is perfect, being 1 block from the main Gold Coast dining area and the beach is literally at the end of the street. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gold Coast for a holiday.
Well located at the Gold Coast, we stayed for 3 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were large, well maintained and comes with a basic kitchen for those keen to cook something basic. The breakfast is sumptuous and you need to step out for lunch and dinner. But the alley perpendicular to mantra has all the cuisines you may look for.
I am currently staying at the Mantra Legends resort, when I made the booking all was great No problems rooms are clean breakfast is good too. But the main reason I booked here was the pool and spa, I rang the resort and they assured me the heated pool would be operating since I arrived there have been NOBODY working on the pool or spa or getting it fixed, there is a notice at reception saying it will be fixed by mid August but what a joke this is, oh yes they give you access to the Novotel 2 or 3 blocks away but who wants to go that far for a swim then have to walk back what a joke !!! Will think twice before staying here again....
The screaming kids in the pool need to be controlled. Where is the life guard there?? No one from their hotel room wants to hear these kids going rogue. I understand kids have fun. But these kids are another kind. Please control the noise a little
Literally the worst place I've ever stayed in and definitely the worst in the GC. Untrained staff, pokey little rooms, dirty linen, smelly carpets, lifts falling apart, tiny bistro, no seating at peak times, every surface felt unclean, every dish in the bistro felt unclean, every staff member was working from a script with no ability to problem-solve. Do not stay here. There are a million better options.
