My stay at Mantra Legends was really enjoyable thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location. First time staying at this hotel and I was impressed from the moment arriving. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and greet you with a genuine smile, this was great to see. We booked an ocean view studio room, and the view did not disappoint. It was lovely that the room had a balcony with chairs to enjoy the view. If you wake early enough, you will see the sunrise over the Pacific ocean. The room was very clean and it was a decent size but also felt nice and cozy, perfect for 2 people. It included a small kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, coffee making equipment as well as mugs, glasses and utensils. The bathroom was spotless and the shower pressure was good. The pool is large and there was also a smaller hot tub next to the pool area. The bar served happy hour cocktails between 4pm and 6pm. The hotel has 4 elevators serving every floor meaning that you never have to wait too long to get to your level. The location is perfect, being 1 block from the main Gold Coast dining area and the beach is literally at the end of the street. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gold Coast for a holiday.
Great view, lovely pools, superb location, walking to any and all food nearby. Breakfast was very good, and the service was also extremely nice [the girl on the weekend was super] ((her name started with s I believe sorry I had 400 names told to me that week)) The only I issue would be the bed stability was a little bit rolly I guess the word is but 100% recommend to stay
Well located at the Gold Coast, we stayed for 3 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were large, well maintained and comes with a basic kitchen for those keen to cook something basic. The breakfast is sumptuous and you need to step out for lunch and dinner. But the alley perpendicular to mantra has all the cuisines you may look for.
I am currently staying at the Mantra Legends resort, when I made the booking all was great No problems rooms are clean breakfast is good too. But the main reason I booked here was the pool and spa, I rang the resort and they assured me the heated pool would be operating since I arrived there have been NOBODY working on the pool or spa or getting it fixed, there is a notice at reception saying it will be fixed by mid August but what a joke this is, oh yes they give you access to the Novotel 2 or 3 blocks away but who wants to go that far for a swim then have to walk back what a joke !!! Will think twice before staying here again....
7 years ago we came to Queensland for our 3-year anniversary and this year we came for our 10-year. Sadly, we couldn't stay in the amazing Mantra on View that we stayed in on our last trip to Surfers Paradise as they didn't have a good deal that suited our needs, so we went for another in the Mantra range, of Mantra Legends, which wasn't quite at the same standard. I suppose we had lovely weather this time while 7 years ago it was cold, wet and miserable, so we couldn't get the best rooms that we would have liked. Nonetheless, Mantra Legends does its job and is a great place to stay for people on a budget that still want that central Surfers Paradise location that is close to everything and easy to get to. We loved how close it was to Sea World too, but it was also right next to the G-link tram that took us to the Gold Coast train back to Brisbane, which at the moment is just 50 cents all the way from Brisbane! Staff were amazing, it was clean and wonderful, but just the room wasn't quite at the same standard as Mantra on View was. We were still very thankful to get to stay somewhere this central and this nice for this cheap a price though. The staff here are incredible too.
