The Inchcolm was absolutely perfect for our Christmas stay. Room was gorgeous, loved the upgrade and bed was like a cloud. Food awesome, staff were the best! Shout out to Brodie and Harry. We will be back! Going to check out your Sydney cousins hopefully within the next month. Thanks to all .. Christine, Rhianon and Buttons xx

If you’re after something different to the large branded hotels, the Inchcolm is for you. It has all the expected features: clean, great location, helpful staff, great food….but it does it all with more style and personality than any other hotel we’ve stayed at in Oz. The bar is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a martini and dinner. The staff immediately make you feel like this is a personal and friendly place to stay. The room was terrific, new meets old and done in such a well thought way. We stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be back.

Quirky little bar with excellent atmosphere. DJ was great. Unfortunately the air-con was broken so it was stuffy and hot. Staff were lovely and helpful but seemed thrown when we ordered something that wasn't on their limited cocktail menu. Worst French martini that I have ever tasted in a tiny glass that they half filled. I'm not confident that they even got the ingredients right as I'm pretty sure I saw him use raspberry cordial instead of raspberry liqueur.

We stayed last Thursday 10th October for one night. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome and have the best experience. Nothing was a problem to find decaf capsules, booking in earlier, recommendations at dinner, to find a flower and to have gluten free options for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious with great decor and finish. Thank you to all the staff! I can’t wait to come back to room 112.

When your pillows are covered in blood and you could high 5 the street… it’s 1s across the board for me. We paid a premium to stay in a lovely hotel and loved the look of this place. It didn’t deliver. Upon letting staff know there was blood all over the pillow they were seemingly unconcerned. I asked to be transferred to a different room and waited quite a while to find out if this was possible. They let us know it would be a “complimentary upgrade” (you’d hope so) but upon arriving to the other room there were more obvious stains on bedding, a broken toilet seat and hair all over the bathroom floor? As well as one Nespresso capsule. We appreciate the move but at this point I’d just prefer to be elsewhere. Check in was super messy and the whole venue seemed very unorganised. Don’t need a lot, but a clean room and working facilities should be a bare minimum. Splash out somewhere else, this place ain’t it.
