Booked for Gather Round, 4 nights. On arrival, front desk asked if I was here for the footy, yes and gave me complimentary gift bag of mug, public transport information for the games, cookie and feckless. Also gave me complimentary breakfast each day. Room was great with a great view, restaurant was great. Staff was always ready to help with anything. Buffet breakfast was amazing, was topped up with fresh ingredients. This was out 3rd Rydges hotel stay. Each hotel was great.

Wrote a review on TripAdvisor due to a massive stuff around (for which I have transaction summaries). Charged and refunded full stay on my credit card, overcharged for breakfast, which was difficult to fix and charged me twice for mini bar. Manager's response was to reply that I must have imagined it all!šš Great way of showcasing the culture of quality improvement there. Get your act together and fix your service.

Absolutely great service all round! Booked on extremely short notice and were given an upgrade to what we originally asked for :) Have stayed twice now and will 100% stay again and again. Staff have been wonderful and friendly each stay, rooms always clean. Cannot fault them at all.

Have stayed here 3 times now, super happy with the service, parking is great and secure and the rooms having been outstanding! Our first stay we got the āPremier Spa Suiteā facing the park with was huge and an amazing view! The second time we stayed we booked the same room but got put in the āotherā option and looked over the car park, the room was also a little smaller but that may have been the booking sites fault! Our third time we rang and explained the room that over looked the park and the staff were happy to accommodate and booked us in! The beds are to die for super comfy! And the rooms have been super clean! Great value and I will continue to book here in the future
