This was a perfect hotel for a 3 night stay. My favourite feature (especially given the extremely hot weather) was the water dispensers on ground floor, including chilled and sparkling water. The room (2x Queen beds) was more than adequate for 2 travelers, plenty of space for luggage, good sized bathroom with bath & shower.

Definitely wouldn't stay again. The bathroom is a disgrace and l couldn't wait to get home to have a proper shower. I don't understand how they haven't fixed the shower situation. Very little water came out of the shower head and getting a suitable temperature was impossible. 2 out of 5 dispensers in the bathroom didn't work. We were also on the second floor looking at some kind of container. Horrible outlook whatever it was. Ordered fish from the pub attached to the hotel . The staff member left for a long period of time leaving the bar unattended and the fish was cold once received. Couldn't be bothered complaining as it took so long to arrive. On check in they didn't seem to have a room ready as they said twin beds was difficult. Maybe that's why the room and outlook was disappointing. The only good thing was that the beds were comfortable.

I had a business trip to the beautiful city of Perth. I stayed at the Novotel hotel for 3 days. It was an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a classic style. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and cheerful. There were no drinks available in the hotel room, so I had to go to the lobby to fill up water. Overall, it was an interesting business trip.

It's all about the beds, right....? The beds are good. Did I get a good sleep? Yes, I did. This place is quiet and out of the way, with no homeless or crackheads in sight. The shower sucks, it's a shower over bath thing with cheap, dispenser type shampoo and a shower curtain. The general feel of the place is like that of a 2014 nursing home and comes with your own suction cup non-slip shower mat, to help support your grip as you get in, or out of your bath-shower. The ironing board felt like blacksmithing a sword from pure WA iron ore, there was no padding and made me worried I would smash holes in my personal/work/casual/relaxed/business shirt. It has all the mod cons like; Alarm clock, hair dryer and floor lamp. The TV sound is good and balanced, and the channels change quick which is what i always look for in a TV. Do you want a good sleep with a good TV? Then it's 8/10, 6/10 if you hate shower curtains.

My traveling companion and I stayed here for a period of 5 days in mid March 2024. The hotel room I stayed in wasn’t at all good. The paint was peeling, the skirting board on the ceiling had a massive gap between the wall and it, the bathroom was dirty with the corners of the bathroom disgusting full of just dirt and the grout had a crack in in the shower and it appeared that it was covered over clearly not well. The bottom of the bath tub has a crack and hole in it so not good enough to have a bath in. The taps were very loose despite me telling reception about this and that they would get someone out immediately to fix, it doesn’t appear that even happened, I and my traveling companion felt that the attitude about that was very dismissive and disappointing. The hot water tap fell off every time my traveling companion and I got into the shower individually so around 8 or 9 times. The receptionist we spoke to was very defensive about our concerns and those concerns were very valid. You could take the hot water tap off which I would argue is a serious safety issue as pointed out to me by my travelling companion. I chose this hotel as it said it was a ‘4.5 star’ hotel this was anything but. I’ve stayed in a 3 star hotel in the past and 5 star hotel and if I’m honest this felt like a 3 star hotel at best, I mean I did get the standard room in the hotel however I’d still expect 4.5 stars right across the hotel clearly this didn’t happen. Novotel Perth Langley pride themselves on being a ‘Luxury 4.5 star hotel’ I’d seriously suggest that it isn’t. Another hotel chain I’ve stayed in in the past said they were a ‘Luxury Hotel’ and they were most certainly. One night we ordered room service, the Barramundi and chips were good but the Langley Club Sandwich wasn’t it was dry and was almost inedible and at $28 for it, there wasn’t from what I could see any justification for that price. The only redeeming features was that the bed was comfortable and the sky deck at the top of the hotel was good but these weren’t enough for me to rate this hotel above 1 star if I could give 0 stars I would do so without hesitation. Won’t stay here when I come back to Perth, this was the first time I’ve stayed in this hotel and this was the last time I would do so. Very disappointing and very underwhelming just not worth it.
