The perfect weekend getaway for me and my partner. Great location, within walking distance to the heart of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Check In was seamless, with a very inviting lobby as you first arrive. Great Irish bar on the ground floor with a good atmosphere and great selection of drinks. The rooms are well kept and spacious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and pleased to say we'll be back again for sure.

Couldn't fault my week at Novotel Perth Langley. The room and bathroom were spotless, comfortable and well-equipped. Reception staff and housekeeping staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities were great and having Fenians downstairs was a bonus. I had room service dinner one evening and was very happy with the food and the service. Perfectly positioned for the CBD, Langley Park or East Perth.

Check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Staffs are courteous. Room lighting needs to be improved. Toiletries availablity needs to be checked. Otherwise, it was a pleasant and cozy stay!

Location wise this hotel was perfect. But the rooms were so old and AC in the room wasn’t working that good. With outside being at 42 degrees the AC just didn’t cool the room down enough. Breakfast was also mediocre. The quality of the food was also not upto the Novotel standards. Overall I probably think theee are other hotels which might prove to be better than Novotel Langley

Stayed here for 3 nights, I do not recommend. Bed made and towels changed daily but that’s where it stopped. Toilet paper not replaced, milk not replaced had to call down to reception both mornings to request milk. Even though the floor on the second day had fluff on it the room was not vacuumed. Cobwebs on the ceiling, spilt drink marks on the desk not wiped. Only 1 chair provided although room was booked for double occupancy. Hairs in the bath on arrival from previous guest. Breakfast- chicken sausages that are like rubber, baked beans swimming in water (condensation from the lid used on the servery) scrambled egg with water around the edges, bacon that’s cold. Booked via an agency and I will be feeding this back as this hotel is not providing an acceptable service.
