The Four Points offers competitive pricing for its excellent location, making it a great value for visitors looking to explore the heart of Perth. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay, and they were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff we encountered at reception and throughout our visit were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. Given the high level of service and the prime location, we would definitely choose to book this hotel again for our next trip to Perth.

Convenient location across from the RAC Arena, though my reason for staying was a Speakers Institute Bootcamp. Comfortable rooms, modest furnishings. Excellent bathroom, clean, modern. Service adequate from front desk breakfast, bar and food. No evening restaurant but you can order a meal from the bar and there's room service all night. Parking nearby is reasonable. Within walking distance of quality restaurants.

We just arrived in Perth for a trip with my family and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff there were very friendly, professional, and attentive. The room facilities were very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Perth train station, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The price was reasonable too. If any of our friends are traveling, we will definitely recommend choosing hotels under this brand

We stay at this hotel at least once a month as we live rurally and come into Perth for business/leisure. The staff are extremely helpful, nothing is too much hassle, and I can be very particular at times. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the furniture is comfortable and in good condition with an extremely large room size comparative to other hotels in the area. Also, the bathroom facilities are modern and aesthetically pleasing. We don’t often eat at the hotel due to it’s location being right in the centre of town and having the option all the delights of Northbridge at your fingertips, but whenever we have the room service has been of a high quality and reasonably priced. The prawn linguini is a fave. We have only experienced issues with noisy neighbours on one occasion out of roughly 30 stays, and when reported to reception we were moved immediately so was really pleased with the customer service and problem resolution. James and Treshan are beyond helpful with their attention to detail and attentiveness. All in all I would not hesitate to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the centre of Perth.
