I had an amazing experience from the check-in to the check-out. The concierge (Ricardo) was absolutely amazing, with how he treated us, and took care of our special requests. We were also assisted with getting a taxi and having our luggage brought down as we left. We had a lovely room with a soft and comfortable bed. We did have a bit of an issue with an order or ice and some water, that never showed up to our room, but it was not a huge issue.

Had the absolute pleasure of staying overnight for a business trip. Sofitel Wentworth went above and beyond, offering affordable luxury and service often no longer experienced in the industry. Perfectly situated in heart of the city, it is a stone's throw from the business hub as well as tourism hotspots such as the cruise terminal. Only a short stroll from the Rocks there are plenty of food and dining options available. Alternatively, if you feel like staying in the room service options are exsquisite. I absolutely look forward to staying with the team again.

visited December 2023 (NYE) A (hopefully free) bottle of champagne was waiting for us in our room for our New Years Eve check in. The check in staff was great, and the process was typical and easy. The room itself was very nice with everything you'd expect for an upscale hotel room. Note that the room did include a US style two-prong plug outlet in the bathroom. The view was ok, but better views can probably be bought with a more expensive room. Would certainly stay again.

We were upgraded to a prestige suite which is so appreciated. Last stay was opposite to this. This time, checkin was seamless. The gift amenities were pleasing with the wine and decadent chocolates. Being a diamond member is recognised well at this hotel and we are so excited to see what renovations are coming. The staff in the Executive lounge are wonderful and we were looked after extremely well.
