Very nice new Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The parking on arrival was confusing, no clear sign and valet not available, people randomly parking everywhere including at the front entrance. Busy on arrival however staff were very polite, courteous, engaging, and friendly. Once checked in and luggage trolley located, everything was extremely smooth from reception, concierge, valet and the Room Service was amazing. Food was exceptionally good and reasonable prices, and delivery time was under 30min

Check in was good, and room was available early. The room was nice, (it's not a cheap hotel, it should be). The bathroom was small, which is fine, but I hate when towels are placed above toilets, and the placement of the basin & tap made it difficult to wash hands. Was disappointed with the onsite dining/room service. Got back to the hotel after a long day, 10 minutes before the cafe closed, hoping to get a drink (juice) to take back to my room, or have quickly there. Unfortunately they'd closed early, and there was no room service available once they'd closed as well. The restaurant upstairs had closed too. It would be handy if they had vending machines if they don't have the capacity for basic room service.

All staff were polite and professional and the hotel is beautiful. My room was clean, bed was incredibly comfy and had a beautiful view of the city. Arrival felt chaotic, figuring out where to park and who to hand the keys to for valet parking was confusing. There were a lot of people arriving and checking in so guessing this was the reason for the chaos. There was a band playing at a private function in the hotel and the constant bass booming ruined my much needed evening of R and R. I ordered room service for dinner and the food (burger and chips) was cold when it arrived. It tasted awful - I threw it in the bin. Breakfast on the other hand was hot when it arrived and tasted great. Maybe I just stayed on a busy weekend but overall I was disappointed with my stay.

We had a delightful one-night stay. Upon our arrival at midday, we were pleased to find that the room was prepared ahead of schedule. The adherence to meticulous cleaning standards was particularly commendable. The entire staff exhibited a high level of friendliness, and their willingness to assist was evident. The location is conveniently situated near major attractions, yet we experienced minimal disturbances from noise during our rest. We look forward to returning for another stay and express our gratitude.

My partner and I visited for a long weekend- initially we were very impressed with an early check-in and beautifully appointed room with lovely river view (we booked a River View King Suite). We established in the afternoon of our first night that the apartment’s lighting was faulty, switching off all the lighting in the apartment every 30mins or so. The only way the lighting could be reactivated was for the front door to be opened which in turn activated the motion sensors which very quickly became a nuisance. I notified reception, who were lovely and sent a maintenance chap to the room. He advised that it was a sensor issue that would require a specialist technician to fix. He was unable to advise when a technician would be able to visit, but that it may not be until Monday (it was Friday at this time). I guess the expectation was that having no lighting would be satisfactory to us. This left us feeling like we were camping- using the torches on our mobile phones for lighting when we needed to use the bathroom overnight, or opening the front door which in turn then turned on ALL the lights in the apartment. I spoke with reception again in the morning advising that I did not feel this was satisfactory, given that we had paid $900 for a 2 night stay. At my request, we were then moved to a different room, which despite being classed as another River View King Suite could be described as a river ‘glimpse’ at best. The balcony looked out over the brick wall of the neighbouring building and the river could only be seen if standing in the opposite corner of the room looking backwards (not a position you would be in during normal movement throughout the apartment). In addition, room service had not been advised that we had checked into this replacement room and then came in to check the mini bar usage of the previous guests. I discussed my concerns regarding the lack of river view to the housekeeping attendant who advised the room we had been provided was not a designated river view apartment. At this time, I provided feedback via the hotel’s website expressing my dissatisfaction, however never received a response. When I contacted the hotel today to discuss, the reservation manager spoke over me, more fixated on what she had or hadn’t told me at the time of my booking than my disappointment at the entire lack of acknowledgment of any of my concerns. Definitely will not be back.
