The food was absolutely delicious, definitely the best ribs I’ve ever had they were so soft and tender fell right over the bone and nice and flavourful. The cheese burger was delicious, and the buffalo wings were nice and spicy, we got all flats which is fantastic. The place however it definitely a bit expensive. I forgot to take a photo of the ribs and chicken wings.

We stopped by this American-style rib restaurant for a casual dinner, and it didn’t disappoint! I had the veggie burger, which was tasty and packed with flavor. One of my favorite parts was the self-serve sauces at the counter—such a nice touch! I also really enjoyed the garlic green beans on the side, a perfect complement to the burger. My partner went for the $1 Wednesday wings. Though she mentioned the wings were on the smaller side, they still found them enjoyable. All in all, a solid spot for a laid-back meal, and I’d definitely come back for the sauces alone!

I got a full rack of ribs, and it wasn't cheap at $60! But I saw the plate of ribs in the pick up window and couldn't resist. The ribs were pretty great, but unfortunately, I didn't get a full rack. I was given half a rack in the take away box. 2/3 at best. Not realising until i got back to my hotel. I hope the chef that kept the last 3rd of my ribs enjoyed it. 760g my ass.

The ribs was really good and flavorful and tender more meat a bit pricey, but I think you’re paying for what it’s worth. We also tried the sweet potato chips and we loved it. Although the wings is not to our preference, but it was a great flavor as well. Price wise, it was reasonable for the food serving and the flavor. They also have great selection of drinks you can pair up with the food. One of the most flavorful restaurant I’ve tried in South Brisbane. You should come try it.

This place never disappoints! I always go for the pork ribwich- a perfectly executed sandwich with perfectly cooked meat, some slaw, pickles and bbq sauce with very soft buns. Simple but well done food. Chips are also very good. This joint offers various kinds of bbq sauces that you can self serve for free, which is great! Staff is friendly, food is great! But the place is very loud and I couldn’t sit there for long even on a Tuesday evening. All in all, a must try American bbq ribs joint! Highly recommend it!
